A fast setting high build modified cementitious levelling screed. Specially formulated for quick and easy application to achieve required falls without any shrinkage or cracking.

Features
• Replaces the need for sand and cement mixing onsite.
• Single component – just add water.
• Rapid setting, shrinkage compensated to minimise cracking during cure.
• Can be walked on after 1 hour depending on site temperature and condition.
• Accepts waterproofing membrane after 4 hours @ 20°C.
• Most floor coverings can be applied after 24 hours
• Excellent bond strength to concrete and fc sheet substrate.

• Externally balconies or in ramp applications
• Wet areas where controlled falls are required.
• Onto concrete and FC (Cement sheet) sheet substrate.
